Airline / Flight Reservation System - Java Project
ABSTRACT

Airline Reservation System is a Java based web application which can be used for booking Flight Tickets. This project has two set of users, they are Passengers and Admin. They are provided with a username and password after their successful registrations.
Admin can perform the following operations:


Flight Management
Admin can add flights to the system. Admin must provide some details such as Flight Name, From Place, To Place, Miles, Price, Depart Time, Return Time etc. Admin can view the list of flights and can delete any if not needed.

Baggage Management
Admin can add the costs for bags for each and every flight. The cost would be classified as 1 or 2 Bags, 3 Bags, 4 to 10 Bags, Above 10 Bags, etc. Admin can also update the bag costs.

Booking Management
Admin can see the list of all bookings done.


Passenger can perform the following operations after registration and login:


Find Flights
Passenger can see the list of all flights or find a specific flight based on From Place, To Place, Depart Date / Time, Return Date / Time, etc.

Book Flights
After finding the particular flight, the passenger can book a flight. After booking flight, a ticket would be generated and displayed to the passenger.

Book Bags
After booking flights, the bags can be booked in the specific airline so that, they can be taken at the time of travel. The charges for bags would be displayed after booking.

Provide Feedback
Passengers can provide feedback and the feedback could be seen by the Admin.
