About the Project

This is a web based dash board for individual employee to apply or approve request. The request from an employee may be for leave, OD, permissions etc…Each request is forwarded to appropriate higher hierarchy of the requester. Request will be sent to the appropriate higher authority according to the request type. Each request is received by an employee is notified and also when the employee process the request and return, the reply should be sent to the requester.
The hierarchical structure of the organization is may be fixed or dynamic. The static hierarchical structure approval process has prefixed request and approval. These are categorized as HR related (CL, LLP, OD, Permission etc..,) and service related (Request for infrastructure, facilities, services, etc.).The dynamic hierarchical structure also has the same approval process as static but the hierarchical structure would be restructured based on the event or time bound. An employee is provided with a login and password authentication to enter in the system. Based on the login id and the role of the employee, the request and approval role would be allotted to the employee.
The approval process system is designed to meet out the requirement of any size of organization. In the absence of higher authority of a hierarchy structure the approval process would designed in such a way that the next higher authority in the hierarchical structure would be able to get the request automatically. The change of hierarchical structure during the process is an additional feature of this project.
The higher hierarchy person can also forward the request to his/her higher official if necessary. The additional features like organizing a meeting, voting, mailing, online chat etc are added in this system.
